Do you have this item in another size, style or color?

I see a "current price" on one of your auctions, can I just buy the item at that price?
If you do not see a "Buy It Now" price offered inside of the auction, then you will need to participate in the auction in order to purchase the product. Happy Bidding!
Do you allow for local pick ups?
I’m sorry but we don’t do local pick ups. If you are local then you should get your item the day after we ship that. This is a plus for our local customers.
Do you give better deals when buying multiple items?
If you buy multiple items, you will be able to take advantage of our combined shipping discount. Please see listing for details.
How do I purchase directly from myshopgoldenhanger outside of eBay?
Unfortunately, we are unable to sell products listed on eBay, off eBay. Although, we do offer more inventory on our website. If you wish to purchase directly, please visit our online store: www.myshopgh.com We have a great selection.

I missed the auction. How can I bid on that item again?
If the auction ended without a winner then it will be automatically relisted so you can do a search in our store to bid on it again at myshopgoldenhanger. If the auction ended with a winner then we "might" have another up for auction. Please re-visit our store to see if it's available.
I was outbid on an auction, do you have another one?
Sorry to hear you were outbidded. We list our entire inventory in our eBay store. The easiest way to find out if we have the item that you are looking for is to type the keywords in the search bar in each of our auctions. You can also search our eBay store at myshopgoldenhanger. If you don't see it on our site, then we're sold out for now, but don't give up! We get new merchandise in a week, so please keep checking back! While we may not have everything that you are looking for, the prices on the item we have in stock are the best that you will find.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Our shipping process is automated and your order is processed within hours. So once we receive your payment, we cannot add, subtract or cancel your order prior to shipment
Can I add items to my order?
If you have won an auction through eBay and have not already checked out, you will have the option to continue shopping. Please wait until all your auctions end before visiting checkout. That way you'll be able to take advantage of our combined shipping discount. If you have already checked our and paid for an auction, then unfortunately we're unable to make a revisions or additions to your order.
I just won an item from an eBay auction, can I get another one at the same price?
Our entire inventory is online for sale. Unfortunately, you'll have to bid on another one. Please take a moment to search our store to see if we have another one. If you're unable to locate another one, then we're sold out. But don't give up! We get new merchandise in a week, so please keep checking back! While we may not have everything that you are looking for, the prices on the item we have in stock are the best that you will find
Shipping Questions
How can I track my order?
Most order ship next business day after payment is received. After we ship your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. If your order was shipped you should have received a tracking confirmation email from myshopgoldenhanger w/ your tracking number and shipping carrier. If you didn't receive that email, you can retrieve your tracking number and order status by clicking here and entering your Label/Receipt Number. Your order status will show along with tracking number if your order was shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary from 1 to 6 days for domestic shipments. We are located in San Diego, CA so the closer you are to the west coast the faster you will receive your order. The further you get from California the longer it takes. We will send you an email after your order is shipped so you will get the exact delivery day. International shipments have an average delivery time of 2 to 6 weeks via USPS International.
Do you combine shipping charges on multiple purchases?
Yes, we do offer discounts on shipping when you buy more than one item. In order to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must complete checkout AFTER all items are added to your cart. Please wait until you win all auctions before completing checkout. Please remember that you still only have 7 days (from the transaction date) to complete checkout - otherwise all items in your checkout will be canceled, re-posted for sale.
Can you declare my purchase as a "Gift"?
Falsifying customs documentation is a federal violation. In accordance with US law, we must declare your package as merchandise and note the price that you paid as the value. After all those expenses, you will still get a great deal since our items are purchased at a deep discount.
Do I have to pay custom taxes or duties?
Myshopgoldenhanger’s international shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. We do pay for your brokerage fees associated with the shipment.

How long can I wait to pay for my item?
From the moment an auction ends or a Buy It Now is completed, you have exactly 7 days to complete payment. On the 8th day, we will cancel the transaction, re-post the item for sale and file with eBay for a refund of Final Value Fees that we incurred on the sale.

I received the wrong item? What do I do?
myshopgoldenhanger strives to keep our customers satisfied but sometimes we do make mistakes. We're very sorry that you received the wrong item and hope the make the return as painless as possible. Please email customer service at edmin.com and include your order number or item number. After we receive your email, we will send you a return label via email so you can return your item. If you can't wait then please feel free to return the item yourself and you will be reimbursed for your return shipping. Click here for return instructions. In many cases we do have your item in stock and we can ship your correct one as soon as your incorrect one gets picked up. Returns will be inspected to insure that they are unworn condition.
